Philanthropy Writing Team Coordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Philanthropy Writing Team Coordinator based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.
Responsibilities
1. Creating and proofreading important communications across both print and digital;
2. Liaising with designers and suppliers regarding necessary materials and outputs;
3. Managing a schedule of activities for the team and coordinating the distribution of communications to relevant audiences;
4. Supporting tools across multiple platforms;
5. Ensuring adherence to all company guidelines;
6. Being the first point of contact for all queries via phone and email;

Essentials
To be successful in this role, you will have strong communications experience, both in print and digitally, as well as competence in using multiple online applications and strong writing skills. You must have a proven track record of building strong working relationships, engaging with others for long-term collaboration, and be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will be self-motivated, organized, and skilled at time management and relationship building. A good understanding of the educational sector is desirable.
Location
Our client is based in Central Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent position. The post holder will be based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.
