Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient parts operation.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with parts enquiries and process orders via phone, email, and in person
* Maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
* Organise and manage stock, ensuring parts are arranged systematically in the stockroom
* Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and availability
* Pre-pick parts for the service workshop team to support efficient operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Strong IT skills, with experience of using a DMS
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but full training will be given.
