Key Responsibilities: Resolve escalated issues from 1st line support. Configure, maintain, and monitor telecom systems. Manage incidents from start to resolution, including root cause analysis. Collaborate with 3rd line support and vendors on unresolved issues. What You Need: Experience : 2 years in a similar role within telecommunications. Skills : Expertise in VoIP, SIP, PSTN, mobile networks, and telecom infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls). Preferred : Certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network) and scripting knowledge (Python, Bash).
