Description Salary: £26,409 Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Week commencing Monday 3 February 2025 Transformation - Driving Change and Innovation We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Transformation Support Officer to join our HR & OD team to complete a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Diploma. The Transformation team ensures a coordinated approach of change for all services using best-practice formats, methods and communication for the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives and improve customer outcomes. This role is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our stakeholders. As an Apprentice Transformation Support Officer, you will assist in the design and planning of systems thinking reviews, assist and develop SharePoint permissions and document the process. Within this role you will be supported in completing a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship, and upon successful completion you will move into a permanent Transformation Support Officer role. Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders. Why us?
