Responsibilities:
1. Be a champion of brand standards
2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
3. Cook to specification and work with recipes

You will take on a full-time role under the supervision of passionate chefs and undertake your training. This includes earning a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, supporting kitchen operations, and creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining quality standards.
What your apprenticeship includes:
* Regular face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and Trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work per week

At Mitchells and Butlers, you will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, gaining valuable skills and experience.
