Protocol Education are recruiting for a Secondary SEND Teacher within a Special Educational Needs School in Telford.
Our school is dedicated to providing a personalised curriculum that focuses on social and emotional development, with a strong emphasis on speech and language skills. We aim to support our students in achieving their best academically and personally, and where appropriate, help them return to mainstream schooling. Above all, we strive to ensure that our pupils become happy, positive, and valuable members of society.
As a Secondary SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each pupil, creating a purposeful and supportive learning environment. You will work with students who may present challenging behaviours, using a range of behaviour management strategies and interventions. Flexibility, creativity, and collaboration with the wider team are key to success in this role.
Experienced Teachers are desired for this role, however ECT’s are also encouraged to apply.

Location: Telford
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (0.8/0.6 & part-time applicants are also urged to apply)
Start Date: Monday 6 th January 2025
Qualifications: PGCE with QTS/QTLS
