About Us:

We are not your average call centre; we are passionate about creating a positive and fun work environment and we are currently opening the doors to welcoming a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Representative (Complaints Specialist).
As a part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for:
1. Acknowledge receipt of complaints via letter, email, or phone from customers, Financial Ombudsman Service or other agencies and record them on relevant databases.
2. Investigate the details of complaints and determine company liability, utilising contacts including but not limited to: Brokers, Vehicle Dealerships, Independent Vehicle Assessor teams, Financial Ombudsman Service.
3. Review results of investigations and put together a final response to be signed off by the legal department.
4. Implement and monitor the full complaint lifecycle whilst keeping to strict deadlines in keeping with complaint guidelines.
5. Monitor agreement in a timely manner to ensure that payments are moved if appropriate.
Key Skills:
1. Empathic and understanding
2. Excellent telephone manner
3. Experience of independently working complaints or concerns through from beginning to resolution
4. Experience of writing bespoke communication in a professional and clear manner
5. Experience of working own case load in line with SLAs
6. Experience of working with third parties to achieve the desired result
Desirable (but not essential):
1. Experience in Financial Services (regulated or non-regulated)
2. Experience of Car Finance/Automotive Financial Services

Salary from: £24,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
