Our primary focus is to support our children and young people, to give them the best start in life possible, that will carry through the whole of their life.
The Team
We are committed to providing the highest level of care and believe that the team is the core to achieving this. We provide regular training, appraisals and supervision. We are committed to the development and progression of every individual working in the Blossom Care team.
We are opening new homes and genuine internal progression opportunities are available as our ethos is to promote internally, enabling staff to develop their careers in the care sector. Many of our Deputies and Managers have progressed from Residential Support Workers with us.
We ensure that the team feels valued and individuals are rewarded and recognised for their hard work and dedication to the children and young people in our care, this is done through incentives such as employee of the month, pay increments, celebrations of significant events such as birthdays and team building activities, regular supervisions, funded formal training (NVQ’s).
