What You'll Do Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept design to commissioning, delivering high-quality building services engineering. Produce detailed electrical system designs and calculations using Revit and Amtech, ensuring exceptional building performance. Incorporate sustainable technologies to minimise embodied carbon and achieve net-zero goals. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism. Deliver and review high-quality reports, specifications, schedules, models, and drawings. Implement system improvements and uphold QA standards. Manage Revit inputs for design production and adapt to evolving project needs. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc). Working towards or a Chartered Member of CIBSE, IET, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Services Engineering. Skills & Experience: Expertise in electrical system design and proficiency in Revit and Amtech. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and practical skills, with a fresh approach to design. Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and external partners. Keen attention to detail, ensuring work meets company standards. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and priorities. Proactive in building client relationships and supporting team development. Experience with Arts, Culture, or Heritage projects is a bonus but not essential.
