Job Description:
Are you a results-driven marketing leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our talented international marketing team. In this role, you will steer creative, data-driven marketing strategies that help promote market intelligence reports and consulting services.
Working closely with our research teams and global offices, you will be responsible for driving impactful campaigns that span across digital marketing, social media, and event management.
Your role will involve collaborating with Research Managers and analysts to understand the product and the target audience to create impactful marketing strategies that support both new and existing products. You will ensure that the Sales Team are informed of all activity and have access to assets they require to support the promotion of the products.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Research Managers and analysts to understand product updates and the target audience(s) and develop relevant messages.
· Define product marketing campaigns using multiple channels: email campaigns, social media, website, content, press and media engagements, trade shows etc. Brief the marketing team on the assets and actions required.
· Lead the marketing team based in the UK and China, ensuring seamless coordination across global marketing activities.
· Oversee and approve website updates, social media management, email marketing and the creation of high-quality marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
· Develop and refine the after-sales process to ensure maximum renewal rates, sharing any customer feedback with relevant Research Managers
· Develop and refine nurturing campaigns to move Marketing Qualified Leads through to Sales Qualified Lead status
· Internal Communications – use tools available, including HiBob, to communicate any product updates or changes to scope effectively. Ensure that all divisions are aware of key marketing activity
· Manage an annual events plan, including promotional strategies and follow up activities for all events, including tradeshows, webinars, podcasts etc
· Ensure promotional material is available to relevant channel partners and ensure that they have the information required to share the information with members
· Collaborate with our PR experts to position Interact Analysis as an industry thought leader and expert in our field.
· Ensure all actions from the strategy meetings are completed
· Measure all campaign results to build pipeline and raise performance.
Requirements:
· A relevant marketing or communications-related qualification or equivalent experience
· Experience in B2B marketing – experience in marketing for services-based business will be an advantage
· You should be confident in leading and developing a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
· Your excellent attention to detail ensures that all content meets high-quality standards and aligns with our brand
· You have a solid understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms. HubSpot experience is a plus!
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is required
· With strong analytical skills, you can track, measure, and optimise marketing activities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven previous experience in B2B services.
· Must possess a high level of IT skills and experience, with the ability to learn new programs and applications as required to fulfil the role.
