Deliver excellent customer service and right first time repairs through effective planning and resource scheduling of repairs jobs.
* Liaise with the call centre and on site Repairs colleagues to maximise productivity.
* Maximise the capacity of the Repairs team to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Work closely with the Repairs team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule repairs jobs to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Liaise with customers to provide updates on repair status and resolve any issues.
* Work with the Repairs team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
