With a track-record of delivering exceptional returns, they're keen to hire an experienced HR professional to support their deal teams (front-office client groups).
This individual will play a key role in supporting a demanding client group, working closely with leadership to drive people strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness and employee relations. The individual must be experienced enough to own a client group end to end, provide a white-glove service and report into their Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to front office leaders, providing insights and solutions on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* Talent Management & Development: Partner with leadership to identify high-potential talent, oversee succession planning, and facilitate leadership development initiatives.
* Employee Relations: Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
* Performance Management: Guide managers through performance review processes, goal setting, and continuous feedback to drive employee engagement and productivity.
* Compensation & Rewards: Work closely with the HR and Compensation teams to analyze and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with market trends and firm objectives.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top-tier investment professionals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Culture & Engagement: Champion the firm’s values and culture, developing initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and firm policies, mitigating risk and promoting best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or a fast-paced financial services environment.
* Deep understanding of front office functions, including investment and deal teams, with an ability to align HR strategies to business needs.
* Strong knowledge of talent management, organisational development, compensation structures, and performance management in a high-performance culture.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or CIPD preferred.
