Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Project Planning: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Team Management: Lead and coordinate the site team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
