We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Brackley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional and motivated BDE to join a rapidly growing family business. The individual will be focussed on developing new business and conducting onsite product demonstrations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify decision makers within prospective businesses by telephone and generate sales leads.
* Conduct regular product demonstrations on client site and secure sales against predetermined targets for a territory.
* Face to face appointments for new and existing clients
* Manage existing and newly secured accounts to ensure customer retention and growth year on year.
* Work with marketing to develop campaigns, emails and website interaction as well as identifying any need for research into competitors’ products and services.
* Provide clear, accurate and prompt sales reports.
* Working alongside an internal sales support
Requirements
* Proven track record in generating new business by telephone and in person
* Confident working in a small family company in a buoyant sales environment
* The role will involve both face to face sales and cold calling so experience and a strong personality is considered essential.
* Able to work independently and be highly self-disciplined
* Excellent PC skills – Word, Internet, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, database management, desktop publishing, use of CRM.

* Salary- £28,000 basic
* Bonus uncapped and based on % of order value above a predetermined monthly target.
