Stores Keeper
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Stores Keeper for a well established client based in Chesterfield.

Main Duties:
* Setting up and managing a clean, tidy and organised locked stores
* Advanced use of stock management and control in Sage, booking and allocating stock in real time to ensure financial information and stock management is accurate
* Utilising stock reporting in Sage, in line with min/max system, to inform Purchasing team of stock requirements
* Receiving stock from Goods In, inspection, booking in to stores on Sage accordingly and putting away in allocated bay locations
* Booking out of parts for sub-assembly team, booking back in the BOMs as stock parts when completed
* Picking and packing of spares that do not require any assembly
* Allocating stock to jobs on Sage in line with requests from production team
* Allocating stock to Service Engineers as requested
* Carry out weekly rotational stock checks
* Ensure stores are locked at all times when not manned
* Responsible for all stock whilst in stock locations
* Leading the physical count for the quarterly stock take and organising teams to assist
