Job Overview
* Provide a safe environment for patient care.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse ENB 998 preparation of mentors or equivalent.
* Diploma/1st Degree/Diploma level education/willingness to complete diploma.
* Ensure registration with the relevant professional body is maintained and to practice within the professional codes of conduct of that body.
* RN/ODP.
* Delivery of evidence-based practice.
* Previous experience at Band 5 within surgery.
* Evidence of facilitating learning in practice.
* Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
Other Requirements
* Awareness of and adherence to the Trust’s Vision, Mission and Values.
* Current understanding of key issues facing the NHS both locally and nationally.
