An incredibly rare opportunity for an Admin/Office Manager specialist to join our small-knit, hardworking team Who are we? We provide a complete range of electrical services and solar PV installations to both domestic and commercial customers across the Yorkshire region. Established 20 years ago near Penistone, we pride ourselves on offering a blend of expert technical knowledge with a common sense approach and good value. Anything from general electrical maintenance, to full rewires, to PAT testing and EV charge point fittings. What will you do day to day? We are looking for an experienced Business Admin Manager to manage the day to day running of our business. We work out of our purpose-built office space at Norcroft Energy, Baggerwood Farm in Thurgoland, South Yorkshire. Some of the things you'll be doing are: Phone & email management: You'll need to action emails as & when they come in, whilst taking any enquiries or bookings over the phone. Excellent customer service is a must Report generation/Creating quotes: Once you've dealt with the enquiry, you'll need to be tip top with typing skills to generate reports to send to our prospective customers with their quotes. Booking work/site jobs: You'll be in charge of diarising and booking the work for our skilled electricians so it is key to be organised and efficient. Follow up calls: We're not salesy, but we do need to follow up on quotes to see whether a booking will be made so being able to be proactive and follow up an enquiry Is essential. Digital Marketing/Social Media: The ablity to be able to keep the business up to date on social media pages will be a real plus Required skills and knowledge for the role of Business/Office Manager Proven experience in an office environment, managing multiple tasks and remaining efficient and on top of your workload Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fantastic customer service is really important to us Strong organisational and time management skills Familiarity with the importance of health & safety (qualifications are an advantage but not a dealbreaker - we can help) Salary & Benefits & Other working Info Here are the benefits of working for Norcroft Energy Competitive annual salary 28 days inclusive of statutory BH plus a day for every completed working year capped at 31 days.
