Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: Paulton, Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm (flexibility in working hours is required)

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Operations – Manage a team of service technicians and administrators, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
* Customer Relationships – Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Performance & KPI Management – Monitor financial and operational targets, ensuring service standards and profitability.
* Team Development – Mentor, coach, and support staff to ensure professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
* Process Improvement – Oversee data management and service processes, working with internal teams to improve efficiency.
* Issue Resolution – Collaborate with contracts and IT teams to address warranty, contractual, and operational issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading a small team in a customer-facing environment.
* Strong understanding of financial metrics, including operating costs and profitability.
* Ability to motivate, coach, and support a team to achieve high performance.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of converting new business opportunities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided).
