Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, the Compliance & Reporting Manager is responsible for global internal controls and US-GAAP compliance, ensuring adherence to Veralto and Linx accounting policies. The role drives best financial practices and manages SOX compliance and tax. The position also plays a key role in managing corporate and statutory reporting. This is a hybrid position and will be located in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Responsible for the optimization of 'Best in class' Internal Controls and US-GAAP accounting compliance globally (covering Veralto and Linx accounting policies, CAPEX, Revenue Recognition, Leasing Standard, etc.) - Oversee the optimization of the SOX and Internal Control Framework globally & lead the bi-annual audits. - Responsible for the annual Balance Sheet review process for all Linx legal entities globally, including planning and execution, tracking of open issues, coordinating with Veralto internal audit. - Responsible for Corporate & Statutory reporting. - Collaborate closely with local Linx finance teams, Veralto Internal Audit, Veralto Finance teams, and statutory/group auditors. - Responsible for all Linx tax matters, including the monthly Veralto tax statistics and coordinate various tax reporting (e.g. Current and deferred tax accounting, bi-annual VeraltoCorptax update and quarterly FIN-48 reporting) - Lead the coordination of Veralto's enterprise-wide risk initiatives, including The Anti-Corruption Program and Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. The essential requirements of the job include: - ACA or equivalent - Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience. Big Four Experience is a plus. - Extensive knowledge and experience with the US GAAP. - Extensive SOX experience, specifically with sections 404 and 302. - IT-minded and affinity with optimizing financial processes. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel & other IT reporting tools with strong analytical skills. - Knowledge of Onestream and Blackline a plus but not essential.
