THE ROLE
As a Graduate Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is designed for ambitious graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. With structured training and plenty of room for progression, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed and advance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone and email, providing effective solutions to their queries.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle pre- and post-sales enquiries with a problem-solving mindset.

Work closely with third-party courier companies to manage deliveries and logistics.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best solutions, including product recommendations and lead times.

Educate customers on our digital channels and the benefits of using them.
