Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for our East Kilbride based client.
The role will initially run for a period of 8 weeks.
The hours of work are 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Rate of pay is £12 per hour.
This is a fully office based role.
In this role you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing a fantastic Administration service and ensuring all queries are dealt with proficiently and effectively.
Our ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience in a reactive business support role.
Key Responsibilities:
� Data entry
� Call Handling, Mail Monitoring
� Liaising with contractors, ensuring works are completed within the expected timeframes. Creating any follow up actions, as and when required.
� Updating and managing files.
- Issuing and maintaining: health and safety documentation, compliance certifications and risk assessments.
- Ensuring work is completed to budget.
- Sourcing and pricing of materials.
- Supporting with payroll.
- Issuing invoices and PO numbers.
� Providing general adhoc administrative support as needed.
