A Construction and Property Maintenancepany is based in Belfast with several long-term maintenance contracts running throughout Northern Ireland. Projects include the installation and maintenance of heating systems, plumbing systems and general building maintenance throughout both domestic andmercial properties.
Your new role
1. Providing an Excellent Quality of Service to Our Clients & Their Tenants
2. Maintenance of Heating Systems (Oil & Gas)
3. Maintaining Plumbing Systems
4. Ability to work on my own initiative
5. Ability to problem-solve and find fault
6. Available to join Out of Hours Rota
What you'll need to succeed
7. Must be time served in plumbing with relevant recent experience
8. Must have a Full Driving Licence
9. Desirable for applicants to have previous recent experience & a valid CSR card
10. Oftec or Gas Safe Qualifications Desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate
