Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team.
This is a dynamic role that involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all restaurant operations with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of food and service, health and safety
* Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing restaurant team. Schedule staff and oversee payroll administration
* Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, including managing feedback and resolving any issues promptly
* Monitor budgets and financial plans, work towards meeting or exceeding targets
* Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and standards
* Collaborate with marketing to promote the restaurant, introduce new menus, and organize events
Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally within a high-volume or fine dining setting
* Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people
* Highly organized with a capability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges
* Relevant hospitality qualification is preferred but not essential
