A membership body based in South East London is looking to recruit to a new Administrator to their administration team on either a temporary or temporary to permanent basis. Candidates must be able to start in one to weeks time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide remit of matters from handling initial telephone queries, scheduling and organising training and events, providing membership support and managing diaries. One of the Directors that you will be supporting is the Legal Counsel, and so you may also be assisting with legal administration such as producing attendance notes, bundling for litigation matters and undertaking legal research.
Key to the role is someone who is organised and can work efficiently to manage multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Suitable candidates should have at least 12 months of previous office administration experience gained in the UK, proficiency in working in Microsoft Office suite and good written and verbal communications skills.
The role is office based and next door to a train station but parking is also available for this role.
