The Role Join our team and be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle breakdowns, coordinate engineer attendance, manage invoices and POs, and track job progress. Make an impact while working in a collaborative, supportive team Responsibilities: Handle breakdown job information from clients and resolve issues via phone with product knowledge and engineer advice. Log all breakdowns, warranty calls, and relevant information into the Technical Support IT system, including adding PKL parts where applicable. Organize engineer attendance (PKL or subcontract) and communicate with clients on ETAs, access, and exchange items if necessary. Raise and approve POs and invoices, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Order and dispatch spare parts to engineers or sites as needed, and coordinate engineer re-attendance if required. Track job progress, update the IT system, and report job status to clients. Ensure effective deployment of engineering resources and manage PPM and certification schedules. Issue RAMS, SWPs, and plan site inductions for engineers Liaise with other departments within the company Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: Candidates must possess the following skills and experience Experience within a Customer Service role Strong administrative skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Technical aptitude; must be able to understand our products, services, pricing and installation processes Articulate and a fluent communicator both in writing on the telephone and in person Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes Exhibit flexibility by effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
