Specialist 1:1 support for ASD learners aged 5-19, focusing on life skills development for highly vulnerable childrenKey Responsibilities of a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
Assisting students in cultivating their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., Educational Psychologists) to monitor and advance student progress.
Contributing to the creation of an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Holds a degree in, Special needs, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline (advantageous).
Prior experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
Sound knowledge and understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Compassionate, proactive, and driven, with a genuine passion for working with vulnerable learners.
