You will be responsible for:
* Managing, developing, and evaluating all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring that all relevant legislation, organisational policies and procedures, and codes of practice are adhered to.
* Leading a large team, with leadership being key to success for the staff team and the relatives.
* Managing and supervising staff to enable them to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
* Establishing and maintaining an atmosphere and practice of care based on the values of the provider, derived from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
To be considered for this role of Registered Care Manager, you will need the following experience:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role within residential care, or working as a Deputy Manager in a large residential care home.
* Excellent leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach.
The role of Registered Care Manager offers a salary of £35,000 - £38,000, with an excellent benefits and achievable bonus package. The salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
