About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working alongside Milton Keynes Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Customer Service Advisor within our Milton Keynes branch you will be working as part of a team within the Initial Accommodation Hub, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will provide support and high levels of Customer Service activities for our service users. This role will ensure all customers accessing our hub receive a warm, friendly, and consistent service to support all aspects of their needs during the time they are supported in initial accommodation.
Role Criteria
1. Customer service focused.
2. IT literate especially Microsoft
3. Ability to deal with challenges and complaints.
4. Reliable and hardworking
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Good Telephone manner
