Main duties of the job
As a Peripatetic Chef, you will be responsible for supporting several care homes in the Rayleigh region by delivering high-quality, fresh food for the residents. You will need to have a good understanding of nutrition, experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment within the homes. The role also requires strong kitchen management skills, the ability to engage with residents, and up-to-date food hygiene knowledge.
