Job Description
3. Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
4. Providing excellent customer service to clients
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
6. Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
7. Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
8. Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
9. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
10. Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
11. Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
12. Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
13. Participating in training and development activities
14. Maintaining accurate records of all claims
The Successful Applicant
A successful Claims Project Member should have:

What's on Offer
28. Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000.
29. 5% discretionary bonus.
30. Monthly completion bonuses of £750.
