Job Description
THE ROLE:
* Answering all phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
* Processing customer orders accurately.
* Responding to all customer enquiries and building strong relationships with existing customers.
* Coordinate with agents and drivers.
* Processing bookings via phone and emails, adding relevant notes on jobs.
* Lifting and moving overnight boxes around the warehouse.
* Responding to emails and generating quotes for national/international travel.
* Booking Email jobs in our system and replying to all customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Inputting data with overnight/international agents.
* Completing POD's.
* Completing International parcel Proforma invoices.
* Sourcing new agents.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Proficient on email, Word, and Excel.
* 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office admin/customer service environment and can make quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer.
* Ideally from a courier/overnight background.
* Physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 20kg.
* Uses their own initiative and thrives in being able to work independently but can identify when support is required.
* Someone who is looking to grow and progress their career with the company.
* An enthusiastic and driven person who is willing to learn.
* Must be reliable and on time.
* Must live within a commutable distance of SW11.
We are looking for someone to start immediately. This is a long-term role with lots of opportunities to grow within the company.
