This 'genuinely nice to work for' company has a low staff turnover, which is a testament to the working environment that the senior management has created. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to bring in a marketing resource to help take the business to the next level. This stand-alone Marketing Executive role will be responsible for:
1. Contributing to and executing the company marketing strategy required to achieve yearly marketing objectives.
2. Developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels including email marketing campaigns, SEM, PPC, display ads, telemarketing, and PR.
3. Increasing profile through key industry partnerships and high-quality marketing campaigns.
Day-to-day duties will include:
1. Taking ownership of and managing the execution of multi-channel tactical campaign plans, including hands-on channel-specific execution responsibilities.
2. Helping set marketing strategies and create tactical plans. Analyzing tactical campaigns and creating actionable insights. Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be beneficial.
3. Developing strategic audience development plans and ensuring marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging.
4. Delivering effective SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and email marketing and partnership campaigns that meet the company objectives. This would include liaising with SEO and PPC agencies.
5. Identifying and negotiating strategic partnership opportunities with media partners, press, associations, membership bodies, and other relevant industry players aimed at achieving marketing goals.
6. Writing and proofreading copy of marketing collaterals, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing emails, and press releases.
7. Performing market research, data segmentation, and list management including analyzing, identifying, and sourcing data for growth areas.
8. Planning and executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
9. Implementing new technology and designing effective systems and workflows to ensure increased team efficiency. All channels and opportunities should be effectively optimized to produce the best results with the most effective spending.
10. Developing and executing social media strategy that supports overall brand goals.
11. Organizing and planning the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with all stakeholders.
12. Managing the website and using Google Analytics and other tools to analyze and improve website performance.
13. Raising brand profile across all platforms.
14. Managing the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaign plans, ensuring each activity is delivered within deadline, to budget, and gains the required audience reach across all channels.
15. Regularly reviewing marketing plans, response rates/KPIs, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful. Making recommendations and adjustments to improve each marketing activity's performance.
