Key Responsibilities
1. Arranging purchase of vehicles
2. Arranging and organizing the delivery of vehicles
3. Setting up, transferring, and arranging PDI, job cards for vehicles
4. Producing invoices and warranty documents
5. Ordering, contracting, and taxing vehicles
6. Reviewing sales reports
7. Providing sales admin support to dealerships and retail dealers
8. Proactively dealing with queries via phone and email
9. Managing customer records
10. Providing exceptional customer service
11. Employee discount on vehicles and services
