Operations Support role is a key administrative position that assists the Site Contracts Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and supports the efficient running of site projects.
* Assist in the management of project documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly by supervisors.
* Ensure all records and documentation are properly maintained, in line with company procedures.
* Procure site materials including paint, consumables, travel accommodation, plant, and equipment, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
* Coordinate with suppliers to source and purchase materials in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.
* Assist with the monthly invoicing process, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and submitted on time.
* Assist with project tracking, including running performance reports and providing site managers with the data needed to improve project efficiency.
* Assist with inputting labour hours for Company and Agency workers into site projects.
* Provide clients with requested training records and other documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
* Office-based role with occasional site visits as required (Driving licence required)
Require:
Good interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Microsoft office packages- outlook, word and excel
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ideally previous experience on working in a similar company (Construction/Engineering)
