We are currently seeking a proactive and organised HR / Admin Officer to join our busy recruitment agency. This is a varied role that combines human resources support with general administrative duties, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our HR/Admin Clerk, youll play a key role in supporting both our internal team and external recruitment operations. This position combines administrative excellence with HR support, helping us scale while maintaining a people-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR documentation: contracts, onboarding packs, personnel files, leave records, etc. Support recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, updating ATS, candidate follow-ups. Maintain office systems, supplier relationships, and day-to-day admin tasks. Assist in payroll preparation and HR compliance tracking. Support the leadership team with reporting, calendar management, and event coordination. Help shape our internal culture and support employee engagement initiatives. Help Logistic, Warehouse and Healthcare departments with ongoing tasks. Help with internal projects. Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion All training will be given Must be able to work weekends, Bank Holidays and flexible to work various shifts : 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm.
