We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Belper, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.
A high valued, forward-thinking company that is committed to creating a positive and rewarding career opportunity. The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating all incoming queries and service repairs.
2. Handling incoming calls and emails and liaising with customers in a timely and professional manner.
3. Understanding customer requirements and showing a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone.
4. Interpreting and explaining technical information and instructions.
5. Handling day-to-day administration duties for the service and management team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
2. Good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain information.
3. Proven experience of being able to resolve issues.
4. Competent with the use of MS Office applications.
5. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising workloads.
Salary & Working Hours:
Monday to Friday working shifts between 8am and 6pm and Saturdays rota 9am - 12pm.
