Aroa is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Educational Psychologist to help shape the future of our Educational Psychology services. If you’re looking for autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be the perfect next step.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Company Director to oversee and develop Educational Psychology Service contracts across the North West. You’ll support schools and families, providing assessments, consultations, training and review meetings, while also mentoring and supervising EPs and Assistant EPs.
You’ll have the independence to manage your own workload, with the backing of a collaborative and supportive team.

What you’ll need
• A degree in Psychology and an approved qualification in Applied Educational Psychology.
• HCPC registration.
• An Enhanced DBS check.
