We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our Talent Operations Shared Service team, who are based in Newcastle and deliver employee relations services to both employees and management.
The HR Assistant role supports the Talent Operations Shared Service team by coordinating and delivering a variety of operational and administrative tasks. The HR Assistant provides support to the Talent function, employees, management, and Operational support teams.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
1. Coordination of onboarding new employees including documentation and company policies.
2. Ensure vetting is arranged where required and that accurate information is set up across all systems including payroll.
3. Provide support to employees and management with employment-related issues, which may also include advising on policy.
You Will Hold The Following Experience:
* Experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant or similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Exceptional time management.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
