Purpose of the role To assist the Quality Systems Manager and Quality Department with the maintenance of the Movianto UK Quality Management System (QMS), to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Home Office and ISO requirements. This will include, but not limited to, ensuring all quality related documentation is current, controlled and maintained through the electronic management system. The administrator will also be required to manage the administration of Technical Agreements, Deviations, CAPA’s, Change Controls and document any completed Quality training within the department. Key Responsibilities Management of published SOP’s and quality related documentation in the QMS. Ensure Technical Agreements are current and filed. Manage the review of Technical Agreement renewal dates and ensure they are reviewed/approved before expiry. Maintenance of the Technical Agreement Log Ensure all quality documentation is controlled via the electronic management system, Filing all quality approved documentation, Assist with any quality related issues or requests relating to control of documents, Archive obsolete or superseded documents, Send documentation to clients as requested, Assist with customer/third party audits as required, Assist the quality team with other functions where required Technical and Behavioral Skills Able to work in a team and independently demonstrating a high level of performance Must have good attention to detail and demonstrate a good documentation practice. Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise work loads Able to work under pressure, in a busy and demanding environment, and to strict deadlines You will have a positive attitude to seek additional tasks to develop knowledge and experience Demonstrate excellent cross functional teamwork and collaboration skills. Essential Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a department certified to ISO standards. Familiarisation with using an electronic document system for the control of documentation. Familiarisation with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 Proficient in the use of computer software for reporting purposes Desirable Experience of working in fast paced office environment.
