Project Planning Manager - Construction
Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester
Salary: to £50k neg dep exp + benefits
Our client has been established for more than 30 years and is a global market leader in the provision of the highest quality infrastructure solutions for supply throughout the world. As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025, they are now seeking to recruit an organised and experienced Project Planning Manager to oversee all aspects of proactive planning and delivery of multiple build projects while maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service, and satisfaction provided by the refurbishment division.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, planning, and logistics of temporary build solutions.
2. Ensure solutions are planned effectively and meet the highest quality standards.
3. Comply fully with industry regulations and meet pressurised timescales and deadlines while remaining within budget.
Qualifications:
1. Considerable experience in planning, project, and people management, ideally within the construction industry.
2. Experience in modular construction is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Effective communication skills at all levels to engage with and influence customers, suppliers, and tradespeople.
5. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
9. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for the position, as travel to sites may be required.
