Reporting Sonographer - R&R Premium of £10,000
Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
The Great Western Hospital is pleased to offer the opportunity for Reporting Sonographers to join the existing Radiology team to enhance the ongoing development of our service.
Are you looking to be a part of a compassionate and supportive team of Sonographers?
We are a close-knit team focused on providing the best care to patients at all times and would love to have you join our 'work family'.
We carry out over 50,000 ultrasound examinations a year, including GMUS, Vascular, EPU, and Obstetric exams.
The Scanning department is located within Radiology on the Ground floor of the GWH, which includes MRI and CT, allowing for excellent teamwork among Sonographers and the wider Radiology team. We also have a satellite Ultrasound department for Maternity and Early pregnancy, fostering great teamwork with our Obstetric colleagues.
Currently, we have 10 dedicated and friendly Sonographers in our team and we are looking for more to support our bustling service. We work seamlessly alongside our 10 Radiologists who are both supportive and cohesive to our service.
For the right candidate, there is a Recruitment and Retention premium available.
