Alongside account managing many of our top-tier clients, you’ll also be responsible for forging new relationships with ambitious, enterprise-level hospitality companies, enlightening them to the benefits of Giftpro and inspiring them to push their eCommerce performance to new heights. Helping new and existing clients upgrade their existing system or processes can often require a specific integration, new functionality or a bespoke SLA that fits their business, so you will be fluent in all things digital, know the hospitality-tech landscape and be confident pitching to multiple stakeholders who span the breadth of the hospitality c-suite.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven track record of achieving monthly / quarterly sales targets and managing a solutions sale process.
2. Proactive and productive with drive to make sales, network, and grow the BD pipeline.
3. Experience within the digital / ecommerce software solutions sector is preferred.
4. Affable, credible and can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at a senior level including giving formal presentations.
5. Able to build trusted relationships with customers who operate at senior levels within their organisation.
6. Positive and innovative, capable of delivering results in challenging environments.
7. A self-starter who is resolute in focusing on results.
8. Remains alert to changing situations, shows flexibility in approach, adaptability in difficult circumstances and continuously strives to achieve a result.
9. Ambitious with strong interpersonal skills.
10. Commercially aware, customer focused, and relationship driven.
11. A desire for continuous improvement and proactiveness with respect to personal development.
