Recruitment Consultant - German speaker
CK Group are looking for a German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment organisation at our Stevenage office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial training period.
This role is suited to someone who is a good German speaker, writer and reader who has some sales and/or recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:
You will be working with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and life science organisations, with your main responsibilities being:
1. Sourcing vacancies.
2. Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates using both the German and English languages.
3. Researching roles.
4. Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients using both the German and English languages.
5. Managing the whole recruitment process from interview, through to offer, to start.
Salary:
We offer a salary of £27,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience. For candidates with additional relevant experience and/or fluency in both German and English, salary is further negotiable.

Requirements:

Good German speaking, writing and reading skills are a must as well as experience in a sales and/or recruitment consultancy role.
