Position: Part-Time HR Administrator
Duration: 10 months (potentially 12/13 months)
Start: ASAP
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£22,400 pro-rata)
Hours: 24-28 hours per week, 6-7 hours per day across 4 days (1 day from home)
Flexibility: Flexible days and flexitime with start and finish times (start by 10am)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management: Input submission, overtime processing, and monthly changes.
2. HR Metrics Reporting: Generate and analyse various HR reports.
3. HR Inbox Management: Handle and respond to HR-related queries.
4. Contract Processing: Manage and process contract changes.
5. Reward Administration: Manage and process reward-related tasks.
Required Experience:
1. CIPD Level 3 Certification: Desirable but not essential.
2. Previous HR Administration Experience: Required.
3. IT Skills: Required.
4. Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate payroll and reporting tasks.
