You will be key in developing our organisational offering to nurses and in the creation, analysis, and delivery of an attractive national recruitment and career plan for how both Directorates will attract and retain nurses. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective Education and Development Strategy for staff (both clinical and non-clinical), ensuring that outcomes are based on the principles of continuous improvement of the donor & patient experience, including the management and leadership of the Education and Development Department.
