Day to day Dive into business processes, analyse them, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and create actionable insights. Develop clear, concise documentation, ensuring stakeholders are always on the same page. Deliver your business analysis services with a clearly documented approach plan that is communicated to your team. Proactively contribute to supporting continuous improvements and best practises throughout the BA community. About you Proven business analysis skills within a waterfall environment for non-digital Tech projects. Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and process mapping. Ability to communicate at all levels with confidence to challenge adoption of Business Analysis best practice.
