Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Ripley
Duration: 3 months (leading up to Christmas)
Salary: £12.00 per hour
SF Recruitment is excited to partner with our client in Ripley, who is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team for a 3-month assignment. This role will provide vital support during the busy lead-up to Christmas, and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, efficient, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing documents.
2. Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails.
3. Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
4. Updating records and maintaining office systems.
5. Assisting with order processing and customer queries.
Experience needed:
1. Previous administration experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Office Based.
