Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis in North London. This role offers the unique blend of local expertise and national reach, thanks to the vast network of independent franchises. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct sales valuations and ensure compliance with sales regulations. Develop and implement sales marketing strategies. Manage the full 360-cycle of sales from initial viewing to final progression. Initially focus on database management before moving on to spearhead marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sales tactics and client engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate. Strong understanding of sales compliance and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Motivation to grow within the company and assist in team expansion.
