Lead Helpdesk / Contract Support - Growing FM Services Provider
Location: Near Winnersh, Wokingham
Salary: ~ £30,000 + excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing FM services provider as a Lead Helpdesk / Contract Support. This role is perfect for a proactive and organised professional looking to take the next step in their career by leading a small team and supporting the business's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, delivering excellent service
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring smooth communication across teams
3. Oversee the helpdesk function, ensuring work orders are logged, assigned, and tracked accurately in CAFM (Infraspeak)
4. Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs
5. Support contract managers with administration, reporting, and documentation updates
6. Lead and mentor a small helpdesk team, fostering efficiency and high performance
7. Produce monthly reports and maintain key records
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong experience in a helpdesk or contract support role, ideally in FM or a similar sector
2. Excellent customer service and administration skills
3. Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
4. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and problem-solve proactively
5. Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Infraspeak) and ODOO is beneficial
