Key External Interactions: Training Experts/Vendors, Consultants ROLE SUMMARY The Training Country Lead, reporting to the CET Cluster Lead has both management and operational responsibilities. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing the preparation and execution of training plans for CFCs in the respective market and ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. Chairing and leading local training governance teams. Additionally, the Training Country Lead ensure that brand training content and strategies, as well as skills training programs and content, are aligned with global content, regional direction and local business needs. Training lead collaborates with key partners and functions within the market to ensure that CFC training strategies and activities are aligned with corporate business and capability development needs. Training delivery at the leadership level when required. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Training Plan Execution: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive training plans, skills and brand, for all CFCs within the country, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. Develop local training plan and oversee the execution: Lead the creation of detailed training plans and ensure their successful implementation across the country. Prioritize & allocate resources to ensure all BU training plan execution in the country by coordinating resources to support the execution of training plans for all BUs. Ensure that the team is delivering best-in-class trainings and activities by utilizing innovative approaches and methods. He/she Is also responsible to deliver leadership and managerial skill trainings for the sales LT roles if necessary. People Development: Lead and coach a team of Training Managers to adapt and implement global and regional training strategies and develop local training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Country Leadership, Country President, Category Leads, Sales Leaders, and other stakeholders to understand local business priorities and needs. Act as a consultant to ensure training programs are aligned with the needs and business goals. Strategy Development: Contribute to the implementation of regional strategies and implementation plans working with the Cluster Lead. Drive change management of the changing working model in conjunction with local senior leaders and with the regional excellence teams. Operational Excellence: Develop and execute the yearly training Operating Plan, aligning key training priorities with business needs. Support the improvement of the quality of training services and customer satisfaction. Local requirements : Is responsible to be compliant to local audits, local regulation with a constant liason with Legal, Compliance and all relevant teams. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Extensive professional experience in training or relevant area; with a commercial background. Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. (preferred; or transferable skills) Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of managing teams to meet goals, providing constructive feedback, and motivating employees. A solid understanding of the business environment and objectives, with the ability to develop appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels in a matrix organization. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
